Spa Soleil and Boutique welcomes children and teenagers to enjoy our spa services based on the following service guidelines. Guests of all ages are welcome to experience Hair, makeup and nail services in the spa's salon. Guests 15-17 are welcome to reserve skincare and massage treatments with guardian on spa premises or in side-by-side services together. Guests 15-17 are welcome to utilize the spa's locker rooms with guardian present at our Orlando location.
Cancellation Policy:
We reserve your spa appointment time and therapist just for you! CANCELLATIONS: 24-hour advance notice is required. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on "service price". "No-Shows" and cancellations made within four hours of appointment time will be subject to a full cancellation fee of 100% of service price.
Arrival:
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you have time to check in, change and relax prior to your service. Arriving late will shorten the time for your treatment, potentially reducing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. Spa robes, slippers, and a locker will be provided upon your arrival to the Spa.
Medical:
Kindly inform us of any special or medical needs that require additional attention. If you are pregnant, or have specific medical conditions, some treatments are not recommended. You are responsible and required to disclose all medical information to your service provider in the required service waiver.
Valuables:
For the safety of your valuable items, we suggest you leave all jewelry and money in the safe provided in your hotel room. The spa will not assume any liability for valuables.
